By downloading or using Awakee, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

Awakee is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Awakee is free to download. Some features require Awakee Premium, offered as an auto-renewing subscription (1-month and 12-month durations) or a one-time lifetime purchase, with a free trial where available. Without a subscription you can create a limited number of routines and habits.

Health disclaimer

Awakee provides routine planning and habit tracking for general wellness purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making changes related to sleep, exercise, or health conditions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in violation of applicable law.

Warranty and liability

Awakee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
